Alright, so how can we order from the take out menu?

All orders must be picked up in the morning on the agreed day. Pick-up will be at our studio space in the Oakhurst neighborhood in CLT.
Please plan to make sure you have enough space in your vehicle. Flowers can be dirty girls, so make sure you have towels, paper towels, and all the things.
Once we help you load it into your car, it’s your responsibility for the care of your flowers.
All take-out menu items are for you to keep!
Flowers are sensitive gals. They need love and care and not be placed in direct sunlight. So, keep them out of the sun until the event is ready to start.
There is no customization in terms of which flowers are chosen.
Once the contract + invoice is sent out - you have 24 hours to pay in full. If we are ghosted, we are no longer holding your date.
No in-person meetings.

If we are available, we will start discussing overall design vibes via email. You will give us inspo pictures or a Pinterest board link.

Once we have everything figured out, I will send over your invoice and contract. After you have paid your FULL invoice, and signed your contract - I will countersign the contract and send you a confirmation email with the pick-up time, address, and all the goodies.
